Jeanne Gang

I grew up in Wyoming, where my family’s history is rooted in livestock, horse training, and showing. Those early years instilled in me a deep respect for the land and the lifestyle that comes with it. For the past 35 years, I’ve proudly called Oklahoma home—drawn here by the chance to ride year-round and build a life on the land I love.

I bring a lifetime of hands-on experience in land, livestock, and rural real estate—and a level of expertise that general residential agents simply can’t match. I specialize in horse properties, ranches, and farmland across Oklahoma, guiding buyers and sellers through the unique considerations of rural property ownership. From fencing for specific livestock to water and mineral rights, soil capability, and government programs, I don’t just understand the land—I’ve lived it.

One of the most valuable tools I offer is custom digital mapping layered with key data: wetlands, soils, FEMA floodplains, tornado paths, and well information. These details are often overlooked but can make all the difference in a land or horse property transaction.

My clients know I don’t just get contracts signed—I get them across the finish line. In more than 11 years of real estate work, I’ve only had to adjust a contracted price once. That’s not luck—it’s knowledge, and it’s earned. My understanding of valuation and appraisal dynamics helps protect your investment from start to close.

I’m a firm believer that a handshake and your word still mean something. With my background in agriculture and education, I bring a straightforward, detail-focused approach to every deal. No fluff—just hard work, honest communication, and results you can count on. Whether you’re buying or selling—whether it’s a home in town or land out on the range—I’m here to help you get it done right.
